| 保育料滞納：今年１〜９月、７１人処分 ３８８万円を収納 |

大阪市は１９日、保育料滞納者の処分状況を発表した。国税徴収法に基づき、今年１〜９月に預金などを差し押さえた７１人の総額は３８２０万円で、うち３８８万円を収納した。昨年度までの滞納額は１４億４２００万円に達しており、市は今年度内に１００件程度の処分を見込んでいる。
市によると、支払い能力があるにもかかわらず、６カ月以上収納に応じなかった保護者らを対象に処分した。９月末現在で１００万円以上滞納しているのは１９８人に及び、最高額は２１２万円だった。納付相談を充実させるとともに、口座振替を推奨するなどし、収納率向上を目指している。
保育料は、所得に応じて無料から月額６万８１００円まで２０段階に設定されている。歳入と公平性を確保するため、市は０８年に保育料滞納整理特別チームを設け、１８人態勢で徴収に力を注いでいた。昨年度まで３年間の収納率は９５％台で、市は「他の政令市並みの９８％まで引き上げたい」としている |
